Bhagat Singh Saini is a critically engaged filmmaker and media scholar with over 11 years of experience in the Indian film and media industry. As the Creative Head of Kinoscope Films, he has led a range of projects across feature films, shorts, documentaries, advertisements, and branded content. He completed his PhD in Media Studies at JNU, New Delhi. In 2024, he was one of the Creative Minds of Tomorrow at IFFI, Goa. His debut feature Levir was a TOP SELECTS at WAVES Bazaar 2025, Mumbai.

A Mass Communication graduate with over 17 years of industry experience, Shishir Uniyal is a filmmaker and creative producer with a deep foundation in both cinema and theatre. At Kinoscope Films, he brings a dynamic vision to life across feature films, shorts, documentaries, television, and commercials. He recently directed the feature film Raibaar.

Parveen Saini is a filmmaker and media professional with over 9 years of experience across fiction, documentary, and advertising formats. Holding postgraduate degrees in Mass Communication and English Literature, she combines literary insight with cinematic craft. As Creative Producer, she has produced feature films such as Doosra Byaah and Raibaar.

Executive Producer, Kinoscope Films

Balraj Jangra brings over a decade of on-ground production expertise, managing features, shorts, documentaries, advertisements, and music videos. A trained mechanical engineer, his analytical mindset combined with an artistic eye has made him a reliable production leader in the independent cinema circuit. He has served as executive and line producer on several award-winning films.

Kabir Om Kashyap

Casting Director, Know Casting Company

Kabir Om Kashyap is an actor, writer, and casting director with over 11 years of experience in the Indian entertainment industry. A graduate of the prestigious Shri Ram Centre for Performing Arts, he leads talent discovery and casting processes with a deep understanding of character psychology. Kabir also plays the lead role in the upcoming feature A Hundred Thousand Years Later.

Mohammad Tariq is a veteran editor with more than 15 years of experience in post-production across fiction, nonfiction, digital, and commercial formats. He has edited over 4,000 hours of content including features, short films, advertisements, and web-based projects. Known for his technical proficiency and narrative sensibility, Tariq leads the post-production pipeline at Kinoscope Films.

Manish Sharma

Colourist & Editor, Kinoscope Films

A self-taught editor and DI technician, Manish Sharma has carved a niche in visual post-production with over 9 years of experience. His portfolio spans feature films, short films, music videos, and advertisements. Having colour graded more than 300 music videos, Manish is known for his meticulous eye for detail and tonal control.

Sound Recordist & Designer

Dilip Ahirwar is a graduate of the Film and Television Institute of India (FTII), Pune, with over 15 years of experience. He was awarded Best Sound Designer at MIFF 2014 for his diploma film Katal: Black Rock. He has worked on numerous features including Shootout at Wadala, Roar: The Tiger of Sundarbans, and Saat Uchhakkey.

With over two decades of experience in the entertainment industry, J.P. Negi is a respected actor, writer, and director trained at Barry John Acting Studio.
